I am strongly influenced by the natural world and close up wonders of leaf, insect, plant, pebble and translating my experiences using silversmith techniques.
My name is Rochelle Darrow and I live in Claremont California. I have always been a gardener and plant geek. I, like so many, find inspiration in the natural world and the tiny up close wonders of a leaf or insect. I love to hike with my dogs on moist days when the aromas of the plants are especially strong. When traveling I’m often interested in the geological aspect of the area. The rocks, plants and the landscapes. I have a fascination with rock and pebble that I would like to share with you. Those are my definite likes. Some of my dislikes include; rattlesnakes, bears that come too close or thinking about mountain lions when I’m out alone.
