Twirly Fabulous Upcycled Sweater Skirts

I wish that I was a little girl again just so that I could wear these fantastic upcycled skirts from Handmade Pretties. Honestly they are exactly what I would wear, would that I was 8 again and in the grips of Pippi Longstocking tale fascination. Which I would be. Because I clearly never grew out of that phase, so much as the clothing.

If you are looking for some fun clothes to chase away the wintry blues, then these skirts surely fit the bill. Pair with thick tights and legwarmers or wear a skirt over jeans. Spin around and touch the ground. No two skirts seem the same. I’m just in love. But I’m too old. So I’ll have to convince at least one of my daughters to twirl around in these on my behalf. Probably the one named after a character in the Pippi series. How could she say no?
